This is just for fun so ignore the grammar errors please.

If I was president and allowed to pass any laws I want. I would take away the law that allows evidence to be inadmissible in court. I would let every drug be legal (Everyone is getting illegal drugs anyways). I would make every state have a drug factory producing meth marijuana etc (at least it would be clean drugs). There would be in separate buildings they would be guarded of course. 80% of the money made would go to help pay off the debt and 20 percent would go for whatever funding that state wants. (There would no law about how much you can buy, if you want overdose do it then) I would take most of the abandon buildings and fix the structure so they wouldn't cave in and open it up for the homeless to live in. I would make buildings that would assist your suicide (If you want to die then die). I would make abortion illegal, but the parent could give the kid up (There is to many people out there that wants a child but can't have one). Gay marriage would be legal in all states who gives a crap, If you in love or happy with each other do what you want (Besides what is a hermaphrodite they are bisexual, and gay  at the same time what are they going to do).  I would make pedophilia into a life sentence and murder. They would be punished the way they did their victims too while waiting for death. In prisons I would put a chain link roof over the recreational area cover the outside for a good 100 yards with razor wire, they would have to swim through razor if they want out, plus they would have a shock collar along with GPS tracking system on them, they would be like those dogs with invisible fences. Maybe even make vending machines with drugs in them, but they would be in an area where your ID will be able to be checked by someone. I wouldn't let christian groups have a say so in every single thing and control everything if it wasn't for them we may have made some progress in science( Sure it may be unethical but if you stupid enough to be a human guinea pig then do it ) I may have more later, but I really needed to vent, I had that bouncing around in my head for a while now.
